LOOK AT THAT // Things I'm loving right now (fashion ed.)

Here are just a few things that I'm currently loving.

I've bought so many headbands recently - I just love them. If you have hair like mine which is messy all the time then a headband becomes your best friend. Pop one on your head and it acts as a taming tool! Also if you don't want to wash your hair everyday their great to hide dirty hair. Their also great if your on holiday or at a festival over the summer where you can't wash your hair for a few days and also they just look cool.

I've been wearing my mum's old Doc Martens recently and I've been thinking of getting a pair myself although I'm unsure what colour to buy. Pink? Black? They have so many cool choices. I really love the whole look of like a summer or lace dress and a nice pair of DM's on your feet. In the unpredictable summer we have here in Wales, they are a perfect shoe for both sun and rain.

Kimonos. Oh, Kimonos. You are the best piece of clothing ever invented. They are just so awesome and are perfect for the hippie/boho look that I've been absolutely loving over the last few months. Arghhh! If you also like this type of look then check out Spelldesigns.com, I want, wait make that need, ALL of their clothes.

Mexican blankets are super cool, you could use them as a beach towel, a normal blanket or as a bed throw. It just adds a bit of colour and coolness to your life. I will definitely be buying some for my room in my new house in university.

LOOK AT THAT // Target Does it Again.

My name is Lisa and I am obsessed with Target Does it Again - Deep in the Hart and Ascot Friday's (aka Jen Coleman and Laura Wiertzema) style. Even though I live in Wales, where there are no Targets, I always seemed to come across Laura and Jen's Instagram pics almost everytime I went on one of my many Instagram hypes. There is nothing, in my opinion, not to like about their style. Kimono's, trucker hats and awesome shoes. Also the hair - I love bed head, surfer type hair and they rock it. They love a good hat, skinny jean and a cool topknot. I honestly don't think that anyone's style or blogs can beat theirs at the moment. Oh and also a Bob Dylan tee and some dungarees get rocked from time to time  - what more do I need to say?! They also have an online jewelry shop which is awesome and their Pinterest boards are something else. They're just too cool.

LOOK AT THAT // Imogene & Willie

Whilst doing my daily blog reading I came across this video & this brand on Tomboy Style's blog. The jeans they make look absolutely awesome and the whole vibe of the place seems to be pretty cool. I've always been interested in the whole Nashville / country uniform of denim and boots. You can just imagine men and women wearing their denim, working hard and then going to the bar at the end of the day to listen to some rock 'n' roll. The whole idea is just awesome. Imogene and Willie is a relatively small brand with quite a cool story (check out the video below).

The whole family have been pestering dad to take us out to Nashville for age so hopefully he will give in soon and just take us there! This shop looks pretty fab. This is the kind of look I want to decorate my new room in my new house in - country and quite simple. Perfect.

LOOK AT THAT // Cowboy boots

For the past couple of weeks I've been trying to find a good pair of  ankle cowboy boots. I saw some really awesome ones in Zara whilst in London the other day but they're actually sold out in almost every size online. So instead I found a few on ASOS and some on Office - these were going to be a part of my birthday present. However, just as I was about to press 'Checkout' my mam was like "I have a few pair of ankle cowboy boots you could have a look at". She brought out these cool burgundy leather boots that she bought about twenty years ago. She also brought out some red snakeskin (faux) boots which I declined! These will practically go with anything - jeans both boyfriend and skinny and even with shorts in the summer at a festival or while just chillaxin' about town.

LOOK AT THAT // Christian Dior

On Monday I headed into Harrods in Knightsbridge, London and on the fourth floor there was a Christian Dior exhibition. It was stunning. When we walked in they gave us a free glass of champagne and a programme that gave us a bit of the history of Christian Dior his clothes and the exhibition. I've always loved Dior and especially their perfume. The scent that I always wear is 'Miss Dior' and I have been wearing it on and off for years now and in the exhibition there was actually a phone box and when you went in side it it was filled with the Miss Dior scent which was lovely :) There were loads of couture dresses there and some dresses that the Princess of Wales, Elizabeth Taylor and Audrey Hepburn wore. It was a heaven filled with sequins, awesome scent and beautiful shapes. Before I went to the exhibition I actually watched some Dior fashion week shows on youtube and oh my word the clothes were actually incredible - one of my favourite designers by far.

Here are some pictures I took.

LOOK AT THAT // Style

My grandmother bought this coat about a year ago from Scallywag in Newcastle Emlyn here in West Wales. I've always loved this coat and on the weekend she gave it to me. Yaaay! It's a Coline coat and it's sooo warm which is perfect for this winter/spring especially since it's been the coldest March here in Wales ever. The cut of the coat is so different to your standard winter coat. As you can see in the pictures - it has a little bit of a mullet going on as it's shorter in the front and slightly longer in the back. It looks like it's been made out of different panels and there are even different colour browns within the coat which again just makes it just that little bit more interesting. This is my favourite coat that I own and I'm looking forward to wearing it as much as possible before summer arrives.

I wore it with M&S Jeggings because they have the thickness of a jean but the stretchiness of a legging so you don't have that not so attractive look of see through leggings. On my feet I wore the high top Converse my brother bought me from Canada and on my head I'm wearing my Mam's Fat Face beanie hat. The Sunglasses are from Topshop and I've had them since year 9 which was about five years ago.
